Membership FAQs
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, using the 'Manage my membership' link in your welcome email. Your membership continues until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
How do I update my card?
Use the link in your welcome email, or request a fresh link on our 'Manage my membership' page. It takes you to a secure Stripe page where you can change your card.
Is this an NHS plan?
No. Dental Works is a private practice and the membership plan covers private care.
What happens if the plan is full?
We keep a waitlist. Join it for free and we'll email you a personal link as soon as a place becomes available.
